How do I confirm my booking?
Choose your dates and room, pay the full amount in advance by scanning our UPI QR code, then enter your UPI transaction ID (UTR) on the voucher page. We verify it and confirm by email.
Can I pay at the reception instead?
Online bookings are confirmed only with advance UPI payment, so your room is guaranteed on arrival. For walk-ins, please call before you travel.
Is it suitable for elderly guests and families?
Yes. Family Rooms sleep up to 6, and our staff gladly help elderly yatris with luggage and local transport.
What if I need to cancel?
Cancellations 24 hours or more before check-in are refunded to the original UPI account. Message us on WhatsApp with your booking ID.
